Full-Time Customer Service Representative. Answer incoming calls, enter orders and prepare supply quotes, process daily delivery tickets/billing, resolve customer issues and special requests, handle vendor returns and product complaints, handle administrative tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will be a team player with an energetic and positive phone demeanor. Some experience in printing or custom apparel would be great, but not necessary. We are willing to train a properly motivated individual with a desire to learn a new skill set and area of expertise.
